LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between trial license user and Savtira Corporation, commencing on time and date of trial initialization.

Savtira Corporation hereby grants to Trial license user a temporary limited license non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable) to use these online products in a public streaming demonstration. The public streaming demonstration will consist of a limited number of sessions, and the session will be limited in duration.

The product may be used only for the purposes of trial streaming demonstration, and may not be used for any other purposes. The product is only licensed to Savtira Corporation; it is not sold to Savtira Corporation. No entity or online end user is permitted to market, distribute, transfer, sell or sublicense the product in any form.
